Refund Policy

 

RNM ESERVICES Pvt Ltd follows a customer friendly and liberal cancellation and refund policy.

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

  1. Before the product is shipped, 100% refund for the entire product amount will be made.
  2. In case the product has already been shipped, refund is not applicable. However, customer can replace the product in case of any defects or damage. 

 

Return Policy

1. In case the customer receives the phone in a damaged or defective shape or with missing accessories, Gozunk will replace the phone. The customer should email us at support@gozunk.com with the pictures of the damaged phone and the Order ID. The company will ensure that a replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.

2. In case the user did not like the phone and wants to Return the phone within 24 hours of Delivery, Gozunk will refund the full amount after deducting Courier charges and COD/Payment Gateway charges.

 

Refund Policy

If you cancel your order before your product has been shipped, we will refund you 100% of the Invoice amount. Refunds will be made through the same payment channel that the payment was received. Refunds will be made within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order.
